How to refer a young person to Treasure House.

We accept referrals from parents and carers, schools and local authorities. Placements are funded through Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Below is the process — step by step.

Step 02

Share the young person's information

We will ask for the EHCP, recent school reports and any therapeutic assessments. We treat all information confidentially.

Step 03

Visit the school

Families, young people and placing officers are warmly invited to visit. Visits are by appointment and tailored to sensory needs.

Step 04

Transition planning

When a placement is agreed, we plan a phased start — often involving school visits, short days and a personalised induction.
