Naomi Long
Headteacher, Co-Founder & Director
Naomi co-founded Treasure House with a vision of creating a school that truly understands neurodivergent young people. With a background in therapeutic education and lived experience of neurodiversity, she leads the school with warmth, rigour and an unwavering belief in every young person's potential. Naomi developed the school's therapeutic community model and oversees all aspects of educational and pastoral provision.
Helen Webb
Co-Founder & Director
Helen co-founded Treasure House to create the kind of school she had long believed should exist — small, purposeful and deeply human. She brings extensive experience in education, governance and community development. Helen's vision continues to shape the school's values and long-term direction, and she remains actively involved in school life.
Simone Brown
Deputy Head
Simone supports the day-to-day running of the school, working closely with students, families and external professionals. She leads on curriculum development and timetabling, and brings deep knowledge of SEND provision and therapeutic practice. Simone's approachable, considered style makes her a cornerstone of the Treasure House community.

Neil Baxter
Training & Facilities Manager
Neil keeps the school running smoothly, managing our training and physical environment so that every space is safe, welcoming and fit for purpose. He is a familiar and trusted presence for students and staff alike.
Oli Campbell
Art Therapist
Oli works with students individually and in small groups, using art as a therapeutic medium to support emotional wellbeing, self-expression and regulation. His work sits at the heart of what makes Treasure House distinctive — he brings a calm, creative presence and a deep understanding of how young people communicate through making.
Shuhada Shahin
EA & Administrator
Shuhada keeps the administrative heartbeat of the school running, supporting the leadership team and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her organisational skill and quiet dedication mean that nothing falls through the cracks — and the school is better for it.
Selena Wiltshire
Student Support Coordinator · PSHEE & Mindful Movement
Selena coordinates day-to-day student support and teaches PSHEE and Mindful Movement. She brings warmth and attentiveness to her pastoral role, helping young people feel known and cared for — and her sessions in movement and wellbeing are a highlight of many students' weeks.

Hope Augustus
SEND Teaching Assistant · Music
Hope supports students with additional needs across the school and contributes to the Music programme. Her patience and enthusiasm make her an invaluable member of the team — students know they can rely on her.
Melanie Jones
Psychology · Media Studies · Arts Award · Philosophy
Melanie leads Psychology, Media Studies and Philosophy, and coordinates the school's Trinity Arts Award programme. She brings a creative, inquiry-led approach to all her subjects and has a particular gift for helping students find their intellectual voice. Melanie was instrumental in supporting one of our students through a successful application to Oxford. Melanie recently completed an English and Humanities PhD researching links between creativity, anxiety and fiction.
Jason Henry
Teacher of Music
Jason leads Music at Treasure House, creating a space where students can explore rhythm, composition and performance at their own pace. He brings energy and creativity to every session, and a real gift for meeting students wherever they are musically.
Barney Lock
Design Technology · Arts Award · EPQ
Barney teaches Design Technology, contributes to Arts Award and supports students through the Extended Project Qualification. He is also the founder of Woodwork for Wellbeing CIC, which uses craft and making as a vehicle for therapeutic engagement. Barney brings hands-on creative energy and a belief that making things builds confidence as well as skills.
Fiona Mottershaw
Maths · English · ASDAN
Fiona teaches Maths and English and coordinates the school's ASDAN programme. She is known for her analytical, methodical approach and her ability to rebuild students' confidence in subjects they have often previously struggled with. Fiona believes that transferable skills — organisation, self-efficacy, communication — are as important as subject knowledge.
Cath Ollerton
Teacher of Maths
Cath teaches Maths at Treasure House, helping students build confidence and fluency at every level. She brings patience and clarity to a subject many students find daunting, and a real commitment to helping every learner find their footing.
Everrett Wittenberg
Teacher of English
Everrett teaches English, supporting students in developing their reading, writing and communication skills. He brings thoughtfulness and care to his teaching, bringing his love of the past to inspire his students and encourage them to take risks with language.
Sue Millington
Associate Governor
Sue brings extensive experience in education governance and a deep commitment to inclusive practice. As Associate Governor, she provides independent scrutiny and support to the school's leadership — helping to ensure that Treasure House remains a safe, effective and ambitious place for all its young people.
